For the record, KnifeMakersDatabase.com, now in its fourth year on-line, has a 100% customer satisfaction record with no complaints and no returns. However, not many customers take the time to send an email expressing their satisfaction upon receiving their order. This is understandable. People are busy. I don't email every company I place orders with to let them know how everything went. For some reason though, those customers who purchased a Mann Made Knife must have felt they just had to let us know how happy they were, because every one sent us emails stating how impressed they were with the knives they bought.
